OUR COTTAGES

All our Cottages have been refurbished inside and out and are completely furnished.

Full kitchenettes with stoves, refrigerators, microwave ovens, coffee makers, all utensils, linens, cable TV and AC.

For those who need it, we have an ADA cottage, bar-b-que grills, picnic areas and much more.
  - And we now have WI-FI available..!

We like to cook for our guests when we have a
full house, especially those staying a week or more.

- CURRENT RATES -

KITCHENETTES:
Nightly - $55.00/couple (2 people)
Weekly - $330.00/couple (2 people)

SLEEPER ROOMS:
Nightly - $45.00/couple (2 people)
Weekly - $270.00/couple (2 people)

* $5.00 for each additional adult, children age 12 and under FREE *

For reservations, we ask for a nonrefundable $50 deposit (cash or MO only) which will apply towards your stay. This will hold your cottage.
For holiday weekends, we ask for a minimum stay of 3 nights, regular weekends a minimum of 2 nights.
For just 1 night stays on a weekend when a vacancy is available, we will rent a cottage after 6pm, but will not reserve a cottage for just 1 night on a weekend.
- Pet Policy: Absolutely no dogs permitted without approval from management! Certain sized dogs may be approved with some conditions, for a $10 flat fee.
