There is a Marina and Boat Docks within walking distance. The SUGARLOAF HARBOR has Bait, Boat Ramps, Fish Cleaning, Swimming Beach.

*A Limited number of Boat Slip Rentals are available through Brass Bell Cottages and Reservations for these should be made in advance as soon as possible*

- - Even though the lake has been at high levels, fishing is Good, and should be a Good year to catch that ‘Trophy Fish’! - -



We just wanted to share this whopper Striper weighing 25 pounds, and was 40 inches long.
And to let all know that the lake may have been up but fishing was Good in June.
The fish are actually here, and they can be caught..!

We like to cook for our guests when we have a full house, especially if they are staying a week or more.


We love taking pictures of our guests with their day's catch, and have been known to help clean the fish.
We usually send them home with prints and put some on the bulletin board (Here are a few Below).
